1. General Policy

Our services are customized, professional services and thus are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Payment made for a service not initiated

  • Duplicate payment or transaction error

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after service begins

  • Delay in client’s response or documentation

  • Rejection by FBR or other authorities due to client-side errors

4. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
